FAQ

When will I get my images?

The editing process is a big part of what I love to do and it is where the final images are brought to life. As such your images will usually be back with you in a couple of weeks time. Although at my busiest times they may take a little longer. Please just ask if you have a specific day you'd like them ready by.

What kind of gear do you use?

I like to keep things as simple as possible with my outdoor shoots so I will usually just bring a couple of cameras with a selection of lenses.

Do I have to order prints through you?

The short answer is no. Once you receive your digital images what you do with them is up to you. However I would always recommend having them professionally printed which you can do directly through your gallery.

What happens if I am unhappy with my images?

So far this hasn't happened but if you were to receive your images and you weren't completely happy with them we would look to resolve this and re-run the session again if necessary.

Will there be a second shooter?

Nope it's just me and my camera!

What happens if we have an outdoor session and it rains?

The British weather can be unpredictable at the best of times so on the run up to the shoot date we shall be keeping an eye on the weather and re-arrange if necessary. This is also true if it's just too hot as well - I know unlikely but it has happened!

What do you suggest we wear for our session?

It's important to feel as relaxed as possible on your shoot so I would never suggest wearing clothes that either you or your children were uncomfortable in. That said please avoid bright colours and patterns as they can jar and distract from you - the most important part of the picture. I suggest that before the shoot you lay everyone's outfits on a bed to see how they look together. This is something we will discuss in more detail in advance of the family shoots.
